Neerja Narayanan is a Creative Producer and Studio Management Executive with 20 years’ experience across multiple facets of the global entertainment industry, having been based in entertainment powerhouses LA, NYC, Mumbai and London. She has a track record of culturally relevant content with universal appeal and global reach to her Studio Executive and Producer credit having nurtured and produced the works of artists who are now global household names. She has most recently controlled development pipelines in multiple languages as SVP and VP for global content divisions at 21st Century Fox group, Sony Pictures Entertainment Group, and the studio that is now Disney India and set creative and commercial benchmarks with major award nominations including BAFTAs and major festival premieres. She’s worked with Channel Four UK, the UK Film Council, Capitol Films and the Edinburgh Film Festival. She has been a speaker at leading international festivals such as the Toronto Film Festival, the Gotham Market, and been industry advisor for the Sundance Institute, Film Independent Global Media Makers. She has been Lab Leader for the Gotham Institute’s episodic series program since its inception having helped create the program, and Lab Leader and series mentor for Doha Film Institute’s series program. She is currently producing international TV projects with Sony Pictures International Television and is working with Paramount Global among others and is repped by Range Media Partners.
