The 17th edition of the Tribeca Film Festival, in New York city from 18th to 29th April, announced the feature film lineup.

The Festival was founded by Robert De Niro in 2002 and it has the aim to help some directors, selected by a jury, to introduce their movies to an international audience. Another aim of the project is to promote New York city as a cinematographic hub. Since 2002 the festival has analyzed 1300 films from 80 countries and it has reached an audience of 3.7 million of people.

This year Daughter of mine directed by Laura Bispuri (What’s Next 2017) and Nico, 1988 by Susanna Nicchiarelli (What’s Next 2016) have been selected for the Festival.
