Animation Next: Italy is an export-oriented showcase designed to highlight Italian animated series with strong potential for international circulation, distribution and partnerships.
The initiative connects Italian producers with international broadcasters, streaming platforms, distributors and other industry professionals attending MIA | Mercato Internazionale Audiovisivo. Its objective is to strengthen the competitiveness and export capacity of Italian animation by supporting the international promotion, sales, rights exploitation and market positioning of selected projects.
Selected projects will be presented at MIA 2026 (October 19 -23), offering Italian producers the opportunity to showcase their work to key international decision-makers and establish new distribution, sales and partnership opportunities.
