The Ministry of Culture has announced the projects that have received the 2024 selective contributions for the production of cinematographic and audiovisual works, offering an intriguing snapshot of Italian creativity, balancing new talents and established directors.

Among the works by young authors, I figli della scimmia by Tommaso Landucci stands out, earning the highest score in its category (88/100) and a contribution of 400,000 euros. Following closely are Il guinzaglio by Giovanni Toscano, produced by Fandango, and YA & NIKI by Rä Di Martino, which achieved a score of 94/100, distinguishing itself among first and second works with a strong international outlook.

In the section dedicated to works of particular artistic quality, the highest funding was awarded to Nonostante by Valerio Mastandrea, receiving 650,000 euros. Meanwhile, Ammazzare stanca by Daniele Vicari and Dieci giorni by Elisa Amoruso reaffirm their place among the most appreciated productions. Click here to view the complete list.
