The Pesaro Film Festival (16-23 June 2018) focuses this year on “Women in Italian Cinema”, with its special section We Want Cinema.

For its 54th edition, the Pesaro Film Festival proposes in its programme a section entirely devoted to women in Italian cinema: We Want Cinema. Under the leadership of Pedro Armocida, the Festival (16-23 June 2018) will present some themed screenings based on Stories of Love that cannot belong to this World (Amori che non sanno stare al mondo, 2017) by Francesca Comencini. The programme also includes Love and Anarchy (Film d’amore e d’anarchia ovvero: stamattina alle 10 in via dei Fiori nella nota casa di tolleranza) by Lina Wertmuller. Also in the We Want Cinema section, Daughter of Mine (Figlia mia) by Laura Bispuri, PADRE by Giada Colagrande, We Want Roses Too by Alina Marazzi, Riccardo va all’inferno (“Riccardo Goes to Hell”) by Roberta Torre, Ceci N’est Pas un Cannolo by Tea Falco.
