The press conference of the 35th edition of the Torino Film Festival, which will take place on Turin on 24 Nov-2 Dec, was held on Tuesday, November 14. The focus of TFFdoc will be The  Journey and it will be represented by tho films, both at their italian premiere. The first one is 9 Doigts by F.J. Ossang, winner of the Silver Leopard for Best Director at Locarno Film Festival 2017 and one of the title selected in 2014 for NCN (New Cinema Network). It’s the fifth
feature film of Ossang and it’s the dark and mysterious story of a man chased in the night by the police and by a gang of criminals. The second film chosen to represent this edition’s focus is Napalm by Claude Lanzman, which tells the story of a brief encounter between a French delegate of the Western Europe and a Red Cross’ nurse in Pyonjang in 1858, after the War of Korea. The only word they share is “Napalm”.
