The official program of the Rome Film Fest has been presented yesterday. The kermesse will be held from 15 to 25 October at the Auditorium Ennio Morricone and in different places in the Eternal City.

During the opening ceremony the new film Soul, produced by Walt Disney Studios and Pixar Animation Studios, will be screened in preview, while to close the festival on October 25th there will be Cosa sarà by Francesco Bruni, produced by Paloma and Vision Distribution with the support of MiBACT.

Numerous Italian titles will be presented, including Fortuna by Nicolangelo Gelormini produced, among others, by Indigo Film with the support of Film Commission Regione Campania, and The Shift, Alessandro Tonda’s debut work and produced by Notorious. These will be joined by My name is Francesco Totti by Alex Infascelli, produced by Wildside, Fremantle Media The Apartment and two preview episodes of Romulus, the new series by Matteo Rovere produced by Greenland, Cattleya and Sky Italia.

Antonio Monda, Artistic Director of the event, during the conference stressed that in a period of crisis like the one we have lived and are living, it is necessary to offer a sign of rebirth and normality.
