On 9 September, the daily appointment with the ninth season of ‘Il Paradiso delle Signore’ will start again. The drama, produced by Giannandrea Pecorelli’s Aurora Tv, has been a great ratings success over the years, becoming a central part of afternoon television programming.
On the occasion of the 1000th episode that will be aired on 4 October, an exhibition to celebrate the TV series will be staged in Rome from 23 September to 6 October. Period footage, photographs, sartorial clothes together with real events that will allow visitors to meet the cast will immerse them in the history of Italy.
In addition, four new characters will join the cast of Paradiso:
Odile di Sant’Erasmo played by Arianna Amadei, Enrico Brancaccio played by Thomas Santu, Mirella Vanni played by Giulia Sangiorgi and Giulia Furlan who will be played by Marta Mazzi. New events, therefore, linked in a double thread by the place where they take place, Il Paradiso delle Signore, together with the typical vicissitudes of a bygone era.
The driving force of the season will, in fact, be nostalgia for the past and for the electrifying scent of novelty, freedom and change that was in the sixties. Ever since the first season, Il Paradiso delle Signore has retained that authentic character, full of originality in its storytelling and venturing into the vicissitudes of the protagonists, which is key to its great success.
