The fourth edition of the call for proposals of the prize for the development of co-production projects between Italy and the Baltic States opens, aimed at projects of cinematographic works, regardless of genre (fiction, animation and documentary), whose resources amount to €40,000, of which €20,000 is made available by the DGCA of MiC and €20,000 by EFI (Estonian Film Institute), NFCL (National Film Centre of Latvia), LFC (Lithuania Film Centre).

Among the eligibility requirements for the award is that works must have at least one producer based in Italy and one producer based in one of the Baltic States (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia). The minimum contributions of the Italian co-producer and the Baltic co-producer, including direct contribution and contribution from other sources, cannot be less than 20 percent of the development cost for each.

Applications must be sent via PEC to dg-ca.bandi-cosviluppo@pec.cultura.gov.it from Dec. 6 and no later than 11:59 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2024.
