Laura Abril is the Executive Vice President of Scripted and Global Business Development at Buendía Estudios. Under its leadership, the company has produced titles such as Las hijas de la criada, Trazos ocultos, Sira, and Iruña 97, among others.

Previously, she held various roles at Paramount, most recently serving as the head of the international studio for EMEA and Asia. Abril also has an extensive professional background, developed at major multinational entertainment companies such as Disney Spain, Sony/AXN Spain and Portugal, and Cosmopolitan TV.
