A graduate of La Fémis and ESCP Europe, Jessica Barasz is Creative Development Manager at France Télévisions Studio, where she identifies, develops and champions ambitious fiction, documentary and factual projects from their earliest stages.

Working closely with writers, producers and creative partners, she helps shape each project’s editorial vision and supports distinctive ideas through to production.

She has spent most of her career in scripted television, developing and producing series and feature films across a wide range of genres. This strong narrative background now also informs her approach to documentary, with a particular focus on character-driven storytelling, clear visual ambition and emotional impact.
