Jenny Luukkonen has a background as a producer and is currently based in Gothenburg, Sweden. Since 2019, she has been the co-production executive for talents and documentaries at Film i Väst, one of Europe’s most successful regional film funds. In addition to this, she runs several talent schemes and programmes, aimed at emerging directors, producers and scriptwriters, as part of the fund’s focus on talent development.

Among the latest productions she has followed are Dante by Linda Hambäck, Sentimental Value by Joachim Trier, Live a Little by Fanny Ovesen, The Shop by Ami-Ro Sköld and Triangle of Sadness by Ruben Östlund; among documentaries and animation, Excess Will Save Us by Morgane Dziurla-Petit, After Work by Erik Gandini and among the animations Rukueli of Alessandro Rak (David di Donatello Best Animation 2026), The End by Niki Lindroth Von Bar and Please by Anna Mantzaris (Annecy Competition – Jean-Luc Xiberras Award for First Film 2026).
