Emmanuel Pisarra is Head of Acquisitions at mk2 Films, the Paris-based company behind international successes such as Sentimental Value, The Secret Agent, Anatomy of a Fall, and Portrait of a Lady on Fire.

With over a decade of experience in international sales and acquisitions, he previously held senior roles at Kinology and Doc & Film International, handling acclaimed films by Leos Carax, Mia Hansen-Løve, Gianfranco Rosi, and Chantal Akerman.

From 2021 to 2024, he ran Unifrance’s Asia regional office in Tokyo, where he launched its presence across the region and oversaw three editions of the Yokohama French Film Festival.
