Caroline Ljungberg is a Swedish creative executive and producer with over 15 years in Nordic film and television, specialising in identifying and developing distinctive stories that hold both artistic and audience ambition in the Nordics and internationally.

As a Creative Executive at Film i Väst, one of the Nordics’ major film funds, she led the selection and development of its international co-productions and later its Nordic slate of films and series.

She went on to serve as Production Executive for Disney’s Nordic originals, overseeing scripted series from development through delivery.

Her earlier work in distribution and her current practice advising writers, producers and companies on development, packaging and financing give her a wide view of how ambitious projects get made. She has a particular passion for distinctive local stories with the ambition and reach to travel.
