Andrea Scarso is Managing Partner at IPR.VC, an investment firm specialising in IP-driven content financing. With a background in media and entertainment investment and a track record of funding over 300 film and television projects, Andrea has extensive experience in film financing, international sales and distribution, and production. He has served as Executive Producer on more than 60 titles, including recent films Materialists, Marty Supreme, Fatherland, and the Academy Award-winning Judy. Marty Supreme received nine Academy Award nominations in 2026, reflecting the breadth of productions Andrea has helped finance across both studio-backed and independent filmmaking.

At IPR.VC, Andrea leads the firm’s investment strategy, identifying and financing high-potential content while building long-term strategic partnerships with leading US and European companies such as A24, MUBI, XYZ Films, mk2 Films and Red Bull Studios. His work supports the company’s mission to provide institutional investors with access to the growing value of intellectual property assets within the global content economy.
