Publitalia ’80 buys Beintoo, a data driven specialised Italian company. The aim is to enhance the adtech strategy and the all addressable offer of Mediaset’s dealership.

Following the acquisition of Beintoo by Publitalia ’80, the two companies will work together while still remaining independent on the market. Beintoo will offer its know how on the gathering and processing data in respect of Italian and European norms. At the same time, Beintoo will have a wider access to behavioural data of users. As a consequence, Beintoo will also access a wider market for the distribution of its location intelligence products. Beintoo will thus be at Mediaset’s side during the company’s international growth.
