Applications have opened for the call for proposals “Aid to Film and Audiovisual Enterprises – Piemonte Film Tv Fund,” issued by the Piemonte Region, which provides for the allocation of 4 million euros in grants for 2024 in two sessions of 2 million each.

“The objective of this measure is to generate a development driver for interventions on competitiveness, digital transition, cohesion and territorial development. In particular, the call supports companies operating in the audiovisual, film and television production sector, with the aim of encouraging the attraction and increase of investments suitable for developing the supply chain and employment through the establishment of new companies in the regional territory, but also the consolidation of investments related to new productions of companies already present in the territory to encourage the full use of available regional infrastructure,” pointed out Culture and Production Activities Councillors Vittoria Poggio and Andrea Tronzano.

Through the special desk, which is active until March 18, direct investments will be supported for the production of audiovisual works such as fiction feature films with main cinematographic exploitation; animation feature films with a minimum duration of 52 minutes, with main cinematographic exploitation; single television and web fiction works, intended mainly for television broadcasting, also Svod (Subscription Video on Demand); single animation works and television and web serials with a minimum duration of 24 minutes.
