Nominations for the 94th Academy Awards announced. The Hand of God competing for best international feature film.
Leslie Jordan and Tracee Ellis Ross announced the nominees for the 94th Academy Awards on Tuesday, Feb. 8.
Among the 2022 Oscar nominees, Jane Campion’s The Power of the Dog leads the pack with 12 nominations, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Actor in a Leading Role.
Italy will be represented at the Oscar ceremony by The Hand of God by Paolo Sorrentino in the best international feature film category, but also by Italians Massimo Cantini Parrini, for the costumes of Cyrano, and Enrico Casarosa for Luca nominated for best animated feature film.
The Oscar ceremony will be held on Sunday, March 27 in Los Angeles.
