The MIA Awards Ceremony 2023, the last event of the ninth edition of MIA | Mercato Internazionale Audiovisivo, was held this evening, 13 October at Cinema Barberini.
During the ceremony, presented by Gaia Tridente, MIA Director, the 9 prizes up for grabs for this edition, the 8 MIA Awards 2023 and the Hosted Carlo Bixio Award, were awarded.

- EDI MIA Visionary Award Alessandro D’Aalatri ex aequo to COSTA ARMONIA (Drama) and to ANTHOLOGY (Film), by Nicolas Saada;
- Paramount+ Award to NON ISSUE, created by Gal Rosenbluth and Nayef Hammoud;
- Film Co-Production Market & Pitching Forum Tuscany Film Studios Award to A STORY OF THREE GIRLS, by Nursen Çetin Köreken;
- Wanna Taste IT? Tuscany Film Studios Award to JAZZ SUITE FOR A DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILY by Tommaso Pitta;
- GEDI Visual Award to BROKEN DREAM by Jacopo Bertoldi;
- SCREEN INTERNATIONAL AWARD to BLUISH Lilith Kraxner and Milena Czernovsky;
- TOON BOOM AWARDS to MOTHERHOOD by Anca Damian, RO by Magdalena Osińska and TASTE BUDDIES by Veronica Lassenius;

- Carlo Bixio Award for Best Screenplay to OBBLIGO O VERITA’? by Chiara Milana;
- The Carlo Bixio Award for Best Series Concept to LASCIAMI by Rebecca Gatti, Diletta Dan and Enrica Polemio;
- SIAE Idea d’autore Award ex aequo to IL MASSO DEGLI ORCHI by Diego Pelizza and BARRIERA by Raffael Fiano and Antonio Dal Mas.
