Italia’s Got Talent is leaving its historic home in Sky to land for the first time in streaming: the next edition of the talent show will in fact be available exclusively on Disney+.
Over the years, many celebrities have taken part in the talent show: judges include Elio, Mara Maionchi and Maria De Filippi, while artists such as Carmen Masola, winner of the first edition, and Antonio Vaglica, winner of the last edition, have performed on stage.
There have also been many special guests who have enriched the programme over the years: among them Gigi Proietti, who performed in the final of 2019.
Italia’s Got Talent had landed on Sky in 2015, after the first five seasons, from 2009 to 2013, broadcast on Canale 5. The programme is based on the format created by Simon Cowell, Got Talent, which was adapted in 72 countries.
