Italy–France: A New Dialogue on European Audiovisual Policy

MIA will provide the setting for the Directorate General for Cinema and Audiovisual of the Italian Ministry of Culture and the CNC – Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée to officially launch a new Italian-French expert group dedicated to European policies for the film and audiovisual sectors, established within the framework of the Cooperation Programme signed by the two countries’ Ministries of Culture in Antibes on 25 June. The initiative marks a new phase in cooperation between Italy and France on key European policy priorities and on strategies to support the development and strengthen the competitiveness of their respective film and audiovisual industries.
