With this guided and targeted networking activity, MIA|Film aims to offer not only a business-focused experience, but also a space for professional growth, a mix between consultancy and a collective mentorship moment.
This closed-door roundtable, co-hosted by Alon Aranya, Sejin Croninger and Ron Halpern, will bring together a select group of industry professionals for an informal and candid conversation on remakes in the audiovisual industry, exploring the subject from different perspectives: from the creative challenges and opportunities involved in reimagining existing material to IP and rights considerations, adaptation strategies, cultural translation and localization, as well as the production and market dynamics behind bringing successful stories to new audiences and territories.
