This week’s Italian box office sees Captain America: Brave New World dominating with a €2.9 million opening. The latest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, distributed by Walt Disney Studios, confirms the strong appeal of superhero films among Italian audiences.
In second place, The Brutalist, the British drama distributed by Universal, maintains its momentum with €509,954, following a solid debut. Taking third place is We Live in Time – Tutto il tempo che abbiamo, which earns €394,532. Thanks to Lucky Red’s distribution, this emotional love story continues to captivate audiences.
Sliding to fourth position is the Italian comedy 10 Giorni con i Suoi, which collects €366,270, proving once again the popularity of local productions. Right behind it is A Complete Unknown, the Bob Dylan biopic distributed by Walt Disney Studios, which secures €331,058, maintaining steady box office performance.
Among Italian films, Itaca – Il Ritorno stands out with €285,184, followed by the Brazilian drama Io Sono Ancora Qui, which takes in €229,777. Closing the top ten are the Italian thriller Io Sono la Fine del Mondo (€215,234), the action-packed Dog Man (€190,448), and the new release Fatti Vedere, debuting with €185,016.
A weekend dominated by Hollywood blockbusters but with strong showings from Italian cinema, proving that local productions continue to resonate with audiences.
