Josefine Tengblad is a producer and co-founder of Nordic Drama Queens, a production company founded in 2021 with offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen. Tengblad’s most recent credits include the critically acclaimed TV series Cry Wolf (2024) for TV4 and ZDF and The Scarab Flies at Dusk (2025) for SVT and TV2 Norway. She’s currently in production with the feature film Lisa & Lilly, directed by Julia Lindström, set for theatrical release in 2027.

Josefine Tengblad was, from 2014 to 2021, the Head of Drama at TV4 and C More. Prior to that, she also worked on productions like Lars von Trier’s Dogville and Manderlay, as well as line producing 23 films about the Swedish crime detective Wallander based on Henning Mankell’s bestselling books. In 2010, she started her own production company, Lebox Produktion, where she produced the feature film Kiss Me, partly based on her own life. For Kiss Me, Josefine was awarded the Lorens Award as Best Producer in 2011 at the Gothenburg International Film Festival.
