Michael debuts at No.1 at the Italian box office, grossing €6,815,436 for the week and recording 821,487 admissions.
Super Mario Galaxy – The Movie drops to second place with €774,415, reaching a total of €13,549,990 and 1,739,606 admissions. In third position, Lee Cronin – The Mummy grosses €643,887, bringing its total to €1,364,214 with 171,078 admissions.
In Box office’s fourth place, The Drama – A Secret Is Forever reaches a total of €4,988,872 and 666,429 admissions. It is followed by Project Hail Mary, with €4,917,569 and 627,254 admissions, and in sixth position, the re-release of Porco Rosso, totaling €357,214 and 50,216 admissions.
In the middle of the chart, The Long Walk stands at €167,429, while The Desert Child reaches €147,316.
Rounding out the top ten are God Forgives Everyone and Dossier 137, completing the weekly Italian box office chart.
