Tables Reservations
Sales agents can reserve a table at the Buyers Club Meetings Lounge at the Hotel Excelsior, the heart of MIA’s new Film and Drama Hub.
Located in the same area as the Co-Production Market meetings, and just steps away from the rooms hosting Comin’UP, C EU Soon and the Co-Production Market pitching sessions, the Lounge offers all accredited sales agents a dedicated space for their business meetings.
Tables are available:
Monday to Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm
Spaces are limited, so book early if you can!
You can reserve your slot HERE, subject to availability
To keep fair access for everyone, please mind that:
- You may reserve up to three one-hour slots per company per day
- One table per company per time slot
Additional slots may be released, subject to availability
In case of high demand, priority may be given to meetings connected to MIA Film activities, including Comin’UP and C EU Soon
Please note that these tables are reserved exclusively for sales agents accredited to MIA, and all bookings are subject to confirmation by the MIA Film Team.
If you are unable to use your booked slot, please let us know well in advance so that it can be offered to others.
