The Emilia Romagna Region is making €750,000 of European funds available for the production of works in the cinematographic and audiovisual sector.

The call for proposals is promoted by the Regional Department of Culture and Landscape and is aimed at micro and small-medium enterprises operating individually, with their legal headquarters in Emilia Romagna.

The main objective, through the production of works created in the region, is to contribute to the development of the sector at a regional level, supporting and enhancing the territory. To be eligible, the works must incur at least 30% of the total production costs within the region, and in the case of an international co-production, the minimum spending percentage in the region is reduced to 20%. The deadline for the call is set for December 31, 2025, while for production projects carried out entirely with animation techniques, the deadline is December 31, 2026.
