With 20 years in international film and TV, Marike Muselaers is now VP of International Financing & Co-Productions at Nordisk Film Production in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Her journey began at Fortissimo Films and RTL Netherlands, but she developed a keen eye for cross-border storytelling during 15 transformative years at Lumière Group, handling sales, acquisitions, co- productions, and eventually co-leading the Benelux company.

Now at Nordisk Film Production, Marike leads co-productions, financing, marketing, and partnerships with streamers and broadcasters —always hunting for the perfect match and the right business model. Equal parts connector and coach, she tutors at Midpoint Series Launch, Qumra Doha, SeriesWomen, the Danish Film School, and many more. She also holds an MBA for the Creative Industries, and as a moderator, brings her signature energy to events like TV Drama Vision Göteborg, Cannes, SeriesMania, TV Beats Tallinn, Berlinale, Content London, and beyond.

Marike isn’t just passionate about European co-productions—she basically is one. Dutch by birth, shaped by Belgium, with a splash of Italy and now calling Sweden home, responsible for the Nordics and with collaborations from Prague to Sarajevo and beyond. Her passion? Connecting distinctive voices and cultures for stories that cross borders—and keeping this industry fun!
