Regione Lombardia has announced the second edition of the “Lombardy for Cinema” call, allocating €3 million to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the film and audiovisual production sector. The initiative aims to encourage the creation of culturally significant works produced in Lombardy and intended for national and international distribution.
The fund will cover up to 50% of eligible costs, divided into two lines of support:
Line A: feature films of fiction or animation (minimum length 52 minutes, maximum grant €250,000) and serial works of fiction or animation (€300,000).
Line B: documentaries of at least 52 minutes, including those using animation techniques (€75,000), and documentary series (€150,000).
Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the regional “Bandi e Servizi” platform, from 10:00 a.m. on November 11, 2025, until 4:00 p.m. on January 22, 2026.
