The study, conducted by ERGO Research for ANICA, describes the phenomenon of film consumption on paid services during an experimental observation period, analyzing the most market-relevant aspects with a focus on Italian productions and, more broadly, on the value generated by different distribution models in connecting films with their audiences.

Following this, ANICA will host a discussion among representatives from production, distribution, and audiovisual media services featuring films in their catalogues and schedules. The goal is to examine the key findings of the research and discuss, from various perspectives, the dynamics shaping the journey of works from the cinema screen to subsequent viewing platforms.
