On its second weekend in theaters, Superman finally claims the top spot at the box office. The new DC Studios film, distributed by Warner Bros. Italy, grossed €1,697,829, surpassing Jurassic World – The Rebirth, which drops to second place with a weekly total of €1,479,294. Rounding out the podium in third place is F1 – The Movie with €450,513.

In fourth place is the horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer, which debuted in theaters on July 16 and earned €326,707. Following in fifth is How To Train Your Dragon, which, in its sixth week, brought in €283,708. Elio lands in sixth place with €180,714. Lilo & Stitch, now in its ninth week of release, takes seventh place with €165,010.

In eighth is the new Italian release Unicorns, which opened on July 18 and earned €61,037. In ninth place is the 4K restored version of Dario Argento’s 4 Mosche di velluto grigio, with €49,974. Closing the chart is the horror film 28 Years Later, which, one month after its release, brought in €47,950 this week.
