The workshop Best Practices for Virtual Production is part of the broader program Innovation for Creative Industries. The session will provide invaluable insights on how to maximize the potential of Virtual Production (VP) from the initial briefing stage all the way through to the shoot. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the finer details that can streamline the entire production process and ensure a smoother operation.
The masterclass will be led by Mikael Windelin, highly respected Visual Effects and Virtual Production Producer who brings more than 25 years of experience within the film and television industry. Over the years, he has collaborated with numerous production and post-production companies, as well as managing his own post-production facility.
This workshop has been curated in collaboration with the Institute of Immersive Media (IIM). IIM is dedicated to democratizing and revolutionizing the filmmaking landscape through the promotion and dissemination of Virtual Production technology, VFX, and immersive media.
