Since its first theatrical release about a month ago, Disney’s latest effort Inside Out 2 has dominated the podium and reached € 42,365,980 with 5,805,326 admissions. It was followed on the podium by Twisters, the new disaster movie and ideal sequel to 1996’s Twister, which grossed €647,584 and the horror film Immaculate – The Chosen One, which took home €307,021.

Away from the podium, Fly me To the Moon, a film on allusion and political manipulation, is in fourth place with a gross of €414,213. Also distributed by Eagle Pictures S.P.A. was Spider-Man 3, brought back to cinemas on the occasion of Columbia’s centenary, which grossed €161,930. In sixth position yet another anniversary to celebrate: Warner Bros.’ 100th, which brings ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring’ back to theatres in the spectacular 4K version. The first episode of the saga grossed € 330,321.

In the last positions of the weekly chart we find the animated film Gekijô-ban Blue Lock -Episode Nagi, which earned € 137,154, in seventh place, followed by Longing, a film starring Richard Gere, which grossed € 85,658. In ninth place In the Land of Saints & Sinners, by the American Robert Lorenz, which took home € 82,803. In tenth place again was a film distributed by Eagle Pictures S.P.A A Quiet Place: Day One, which took in €1,162,627.
